We want you to love your set. If something isn't right, email us at ketohandcraft@gmail.com and we will help.

You can return a non-personalized item within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all pieces and accessories included.
To start a return, email us your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Our sets ship from our partner workshop in Türkiye, so please use a tracked shipping service.
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Items with a name, date, logo or other personalization are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, or the engraving does not match the design you approved.
Before production, we email you your engraving design for approval. You can change or cancel a personalized order free of charge until you approve the design. Once you approve it, production begins and the order can't be canceled.

Please check your package when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging.
We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Standard orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship. Orders ship within 24 hours on business days, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Personalized orders can be canceled until you approve your engraving design.

If you would like a different item, return the original within 14 days as described above and place a new order.
