Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

• Orders ship within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Personalized orders ship as soon as you approve your engraving design, which we send to you by email.

Delivery time

Typical delivery is 4-6 business days from your order. During busy holiday periods or because of carrier delays, delivery can occasionally take longer.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Where your order ships from

Every set is handmade and ships from our partner workshop in Türkiye.

Delivery problems

Please check your package when it arrives. If it is damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, email us within 48 hours at ketohandcraft@gmail.com and we will help. See our Refund Policy for details.
