This website is operated by KetoHandcraft. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

Our chess, backgammon and rummy sets are handmade by artisans in Türkiye. Because every piece is made by hand, small differences in wood grain, color and finish from the photos are normal and are not defects. We describe sizes and materials as accurately as we can.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout.

Personalized items

For engraved orders, you are responsible for the spelling and content of the text or logo you provide. We send a design for your approval before production when needed. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or text you send us. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Use of the site

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or try to interfere with its operation. All content on the site, including text, photos and videos, belongs to KetoHandcraft or its partners and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
