Why You’ll Love It
No More Lost Pawns
The velvet-lined drawer holds all 32 pieces, so after the game everything goes straight back inside. Pieces don't roll around, scatter or disappear under the couch.
Everything in One Box
The board and the storage are one piece. Open the drawer, set up, play. With kids at home, the set stays complete game after game. It is just as easy to carry from the coffee table to the office.
A Smooth Surface for Every Move
The playing surface is smooth and even, so pieces glide from square to square without catching. It feels as good to play on as it looks.
Roman Figures in Metal
Gold- and silver-tone Roman figures with real weight; the 12.6" set weighs about 1 kg (2.2 lb). Every move feels solid and satisfying.
Handcrafted Case, Inlaid Border
The wooden case is made by artisans in Türkiye, with an inlaid border around the board. It looks like an heirloom on the shelf.

WHY A REAL BOARD
Chess Is Booming. Play It Face to Face.
Most of those games happen on a screen. A real board brings the game back to the table: no notifications, no batteries, just two players and a set you keep for years.

From a Workshop, Not a Factory
Each set starts as raw wood in our partner workshop. Artisans cut the board, inlay the border and finish it by hand before the pieces are added. The result is a set with weight, warmth and character you cannot get from a mass-produced board.
